The vector (f1, f2) and axial (g1, g2) constants for semileptonic decays are evaluated in the effective chiral quark-soliton model. The corrections linear in ms and 1/Nc are taken into account. The possibly large deviations from the Cabibbo theory in various semileptonic decay modes are discussed.
