Neutron-rich Mn isotopes up to A=69 have been identified at CERN-ISOLDE using Z-selective laser ionization. Delayed-neutron and γ-ray spectra have been collected. The short half-lives reflect the strong νf5/2 to πf7/2 GT-transitions dominating their β-decay. The 2+-level systematics of the ee-Fe daughters indicates the onset of collectivity already near N=40. ∗ work supported by BMBF (06MZ476) and DFG (436RUS/17/40/97)
