Study of the proton momentum distribution in ¹²C at MAMI — •Stefan Wolf — Institut für Kernphysik, Universität Mainz, 55099 Mainz

With the three-spectrometer facility at the Mainz microtron MAMI we have investigated that part of the proton momentum distribution of ¹²C that is linked through the reaction ¹²C(e,e′p) to discrete states in ¹¹B. The measurements were performed with parallel and anti-parallel kinematics covering a missing momentum range between -120 MeV/c up to 400 MeV/c. To study the influence of the final state interaction between the outgoing proton and the residual nucleus the kinetic energy of the proton was varied at constant p_m in a range of 70 to 160 MeV. The reduced cross sections are compared to DWIA calculations.
