”Inward Bound” – Status and Perspectives of Particle Physics — •A. Wagner — Uni Hamburg and DESY

During the last few years, the large colliders HERA, LEP and Tevatron have provided the experimental possibilities to study the building blocks of matter and the elementary forces at smallest dimensions and at highest energies, reaching an unprecedented precision. From these measurements a picture of impressive consistency has emerged. In this talk, new results will be discussed as well as open questions and ways to solve them.
