An in-beam experiment with the reactions 122Sn(27Al,4nxp) at 127 MeV was performed at the Nordball multi-detector array in Roskilde. It provided evidence for high-spin isomers in 145Eu [1] and 144Sm, and their half-lives were measured by means of the centroid shift method. These isomers at about 8 MeV excitation energy with half-lives of a few ns correspond to similar states in the neighbouring nuclei 147Tb and 146Gd. We propose a systematics of related high-spin isomers in N = 82 nuclei, which is similar to the systematics for N = 83 nuclei recently given by Odahara et al. [2].
