TARA - A program for spin parity analysis of multibody final states — •Thomas F. Degener — Institut f. Experimentalphysik I, RU-BOchum, D-44780 Bochum
A program was designed and writen (C++-language) which allows in an easy way a partial wave analysis of complicated multi-body final states as occuring in today’s particle physics experiments. The main features are: full automatic generation of amplitudes at run time, unlimited spin, decays with and without parity conservation, full TeX documentation on any function calculated, parameter documentation and control throughout the whole fit and visualization of the results. At present the program is limited to intermediate states of integral spin. Its power is demonstrated on data taken with the Crystal Barrel experiment at LEAR.
