Pion electroproduction experiments on 1H and 2D in the region of the Δ(1232) resonance have been carried out in a Q2-range of (0.04 − 0.8) GeV2 at the electron stretcher accelerator ELSA. The decay particles of the Δ have been detected with a nonmagnetic time-of-flight spectrometer. It comprises of four scintillation walls each with the dimensions 3 * 3 m2 and is therefore capable to accept large solid angles. Out of the gained Θ and Φ angular distributions of the final state particles informations about the strength of different multipoles contributing to the cross section can be extracted. Especially the Coulomb quadrupole contribution (S1+ or L1+) to the N→Δ transition will be determined by the ratio Re(S1+*M1+)/|M1+|2. First results for the reaction p(e,ep0 extracted on top of the resonance where the nonresonant background is minimal will be presented.
