Asymptotic solutions to GLAP evolution of partons at small-x — •Axel Saalfeld, Thomas Weigl, and Lech Mankiewicz — Technische Universität München

We show asymptotic solutions to the GLAP evolution of parton distributions at small Bjorken x. The analytic expressions which we obtain are compared with numerical solutions for the quark-singlet and gluon distribution in the proton at both leading and next-to-leading order. The convergence of the small-x expansion for HERA kinematics is critically discussed.
