Jet Rates in Deep Inelastic Scattering at HERA — •E. Tassi —

Jet production in Deep Inelastic Scattering at medium
and high Q2 has been studied using the ZEUS detector at HERA.
The measured jet rates have been compared to NLO QCD calculations
for a set of different jet algorithms. An attempt has been made
to estimate the amount of power corrections to the theoretical predictions.
The jet rates, when fitted to perturbative QCD predictions, allow a
precise determination of the strong coupling constant, αs(Q2).
