We report on a search for chargino and neutralino pair production with R-parity violating decays in e+e- annihilation. Final states containing multi-leptons and missing energy are selected and compared to the expected background from Standard Model processes. Results obtained with data collected at center-of-mass energies of 161, 172 and 183 GeV are presented.
