The replica-symmetry breaking fluctuations around the replica-symmetric saddle point slution for the magnetic polaron (MP) - spin glass (SG) system are analysed according to the de Almeida-Thouless (AT) procedure. The MP - SG system is characterized by the strong local inhomogenuity due to the exchange field in the polaron. In the result the replica symmetry breaking (AT) temperatures are different inside and outside the magnetic polaron. The behavior of the AT temperature on the size of the polaron and on the strength of the exchange field in the polaron is analysed.
