We will present numerical results for differential and total cross sections for collisions between electrons and the two chiral molecules H2S2 and CHClBrF as a function of the molecular orientation. The results are separated in factors which depend only on the molecular orientation and on the dynamics (steric factors) respectively [1].
Of particular interest are the differences between molecules and its enantiomers. The expansion of the relevant cross sections for oriented molecules in terms of steric factors provides a convenient way for a discussion of the important effects [2].
