Gel electrolytes are applied in Lithium batteries. The relations between ionic conductivity and charge carrier diffusivity is given by the Nernst-Einstein equation but for polymer electrolytes discrepancies have been found. These discrepancies could be described for homogeneous gel electrolytes and the corresponding liquid electrolytes in terms of a modified Nernst-Einstein equation considering, that only charged ionic species contribute to the conductivity whereas PFG NMR measures the self-diffusivity of charged as well as non-charged species. We present and discuss investigations of ionic conductivity and plasticizer, cationic and anionic diffusivity on heterogeneous gel electrolyte of tri(ethylene glycol) dimethacrylate ((EG)3DMA) in the presence of oligo(ethylene glycol)11 dimethylether ((EG)11DME) as plasticizer and LiCF3SO3 showing large cationic transference numbers and also of (EG)3DMA with cyanomethyl methacrylate or on basis of alternating copolymers of maleic anhydride with tetra(ethylene glycol) divinyl ether.
