Incommensurate spiral structures in Uranium compounds. — •L.M. Sandratskii — Institut für Festkörperphysik, Technische Hochschule, 64289 Darmstadt
In our recent publications [1] we made the statement that the formation of the incommensurate spiral magnetic structure in Uranium compounds is highly improbable. This statement seems to be in agreement with experiment. There is however one exception: UPtGe was reported to possess a spiral magnetic structure [2]. The properties of this compound are discussed on the basis of the first-principles calculations.
