Using the Monte Carlo technique, radial distributions of neutral particles in cylindrical plasmas are investigated for various plasma parameters and plasma radii. The plasma cylinder is assumed to be long enough in order to neglect the axial boundary effects. The radial distribution of the plasma production rate due to ionization is also investigated. We obtain a simple relation between the neutral density at the plasma center and the plasma radius normalized by the ionization mean free path (Ref. [1]). This relation gives the maximum density limit of plasmas produced by ionization. We take into account effects of the ionization, the charge exchange and the existence of high energy tail electrons in these investigations. In addition, we will give results which include an effect of the axial boundary.
