Part of the LINAC for REX-ISOLDE is an Interdigital H-type (IH) drift tube accelerator which has been developed for efficient acceleration of radioactive ions after the RFQ. The IH-structure is required to post accelerate the radioactive ions with a charge to mass ratio <0.2 and an energy of 0.3 MeV/u to a final energy between 1.1 and 1.2MeV/u. The resonator has a length of 1.5m with 20 gaps. The structure is assembled and low level measurements have been done in order to determine the rf-parameters. Thus the adequate tuning of the cavity with the plungers to get the different final energies has been carried out. The design of the structure, the results of the low level measurements and of the power tests will be presented.
