In order to confirm a recent measurement [1] of the linear polarization of Parametric X-radiation (PXR) and to extend PXR polarization analysis to larger observation angles a multidetector Compton polarimeter employing thermoelectrically cooled silicon photodiodes has been developed for polarimetry of X-rays down to energies of a few keV. Design considerations and calibration measurements with synchrotron radiation in the energy range from 3 to 20 keV as well as preliminary results of a polarization analysis of PXR produced by 60 MeV electrons at the (111) plane of a silicon crystal will be presented.
