CV measurements on Mip structures of p-doped Phtalocyanine — •Jens Drechsel, Andreas Nollau, Torsten Fritz, and Karl Leo — Institut f"ur Angewandte Photophysik, TU Dresden, Germany

Organic thin film materials are widely investigated for

applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices.

We have recently shown that such materials can be doped by

strong molecular acceptors like F4-TCNQ. Here we investigate

the properties of doped organic semiconductor using

CV (capacity-voltage) spectroscopy. Very well blocking Mip

Schottky structures allow to determine spatially resolved

carrier densities and trap distributions. Frequency-dependent

measurements allow in comparision to a circuit model to

identify the relevant electronic processes.
