RADIATIVE CONSTANTS IN THE SPECTRA OF IONS OF KRIPTON ISOELECTRONIC SEQUENCE — •Valeri Toutchkine — St.Petersburg State University, 198904, St.Petersburg, Russia
Electric dipole transition probabilities and radiative lifetimes of the 4p54d, 4p55s and 4p55p levels in the Rb II, Sr III, Y IV, Zr V, Nb VI and Mo VII spectra were calculated with the semiempirical method both in single- and multiconfigurational approximation. The present work approach is founded on the basis of least-square method with extending the common parameter set by the effective magnetic parameters. The inclusion of these parameters does allow one to decrease the standard deviation in energy. This fact is by itself a substantial argument in favor of magnetic parameters. However, as the effective magnetic parameters are introduced in a formal way, it would be desirable to gain any information on their physical meaning. To piece out this gap and to check the calculation result, the least-square fit method was supplemented with a semiempirical analysis of the same energy levels by the Newthon method. The Marvin integrals, which appear in calculations of the magnetic spin-spin, orbit-orbit and spin-other orbit interactions [1], were considered as a parameters in this case. The semiempirical intermediate coupling wave functions obtained by both methods were used for calculation the transition probabilities and radiative lifetimes in the spectra of Rb II – Mo VII. [1] Z.
