The applicability of thin polymer films for photovoltaic and laser devices is currently under intense investigation. It is expected that structuring of thin polymer films will improve the device performance in comparison to the homogeneous thin polymer films. We will compare several soft-lithography structuring techniques as well as the expected advantages of our structures. We will present the first results of our recent investigations.
