Angular distributions of photoelectrons ejected from K-shells of N2 molecule are calculated in the Random Phase Approximation (RPA) for several photon energies in the region of the shape resonance. The core relaxation effects are taken into account by performing the RPA calculations with the basis set of the Relaxed Core Hartree-Fock (RCHF) wave functions. At one photon energy in the maximum of the shape resonance (420 eV) the results of calculations are compared with the new experimental data obtained at several angles between the direction of molecular axis and the light polarization vector (0, 22.5, 45, 67.5, and 90 degrees) for linearly polarized light. The triple coincidences between two N+ ions and a photoelectron have been registered. There is a good agreement between the RPA theory and experiment, demonstrating a high reliability of the RPA method for molecular calculations. The contributions of two K-shells which could not be separated experimentally, will be presented separately in the RPA illustrating the shape and magnitude of the contribution of each shell.
