Tritium depth profiles of graphite wall tiles of the tokamak fusion experiment ASDEX UPGRADE were measured with accelerator mass spectrometry at the accelerator laboratory of LMU und TUM using the new injector reconstructed for scanning of targets. A whole set of samples describing toroidal and poloidal depth dependent concentrations was measured. The depth profiles were analysed. The observed components of the depth profiles and the toroidal and the poloidal dependences of the concentrations are presented and discussed.
