A telescope of three silicon detectors close to the internal target position of the ANKE spectrometer at COSY Jülich has been installed and commissioned. This detection system enables the detection and identification of low energetic particles. Using a deuterium-gas target and detecting the spectator proton, one can tag reactions on the neutron, simultaneously scanning over a range of excess energies. This effective neutron target can then be used to study elementary meson-production reactions in pn-collisions. A first test-beam time in September 2000 has proved the ability to identify this type of reactions. Preliminary results from π0-production at a beam energy of 500 MeV will be presented together with a status report on ω-production at 2 GeV. In 2001 it is planned to study the reactions: pd→pspd ω, pd→psp d π0 and pd→psp d η.
