We calculated localization corrections to the conductivity in ferromagnets with spin-orbit (SO) interactions. The cases of different dimensionality (3D, 2D, or quasi-2D), as well as of a different origin of SO interaction (SO
scattering from defects, Bychkov-Rashba effect) are considered. It is shown that the magnetoresistivity is negative and depends significantly on the orientation of internal magnetization in the film. In the case of strongly 2D ferromagnet with in-plane magnetization, the SO contribution to the Cooperon vanishes. The role of localization corrections to the spin conductivity is analyzed. In contrast to the charge conductivity, the corrections to spin conductivity are very small and depend mostly on SO interactions and inelastic processes.
