With the increasing demand for organic devices the understanding of their long-term behaviour becomes more and more important. We present the testing of multi-layer OLEDs with a systematic thickness variation of the layers. /par Two gradients of two different materials (e.g. Alq3, DiMeOTPD) are evaporated onto a square ITO-glass substrate. Evaporation of 8x8 Al-elctrodes leads to 64 different diodes. In order to study the long-term behaviour of the diodes, we have developed a setup for simultaneous testing where each diode is driven at constant current. Additionally, electroluminescence- and IV-curves a recorded regularly. This will give us further insight on how film thickness and layer order affect long-term stability and what processes are related to it.
