Measurement of jet cross sections in charged current deep inelastic scattering at HERA — •Monica Vazquez — ZEUS/DESY, Notkestrasse 85, 22603 Hamburg
Inclusive jet and dijet cross sections have been measured in charged current deep inelastic ep scattering at Q2>200 GeV2 with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of 44.96 pb−1. Jets were identified in the laboratory frame using the longitudinally invariant kT-cluster algorithm. Measurements of jet cross sections are presented for jets with transverse energies ETjet > 8 GeV and jet pseudorapidities in the range −1 < ηjet < 2. Calculations using leading-logarithm parton shower Monte Carlo models are compared to the measurements. The shape of the measured cross sections are well described by the predictions but the magnitude of the dijet cross section are underestimated by the order of 50%.
