A next-to-leading order QCD Fit in a variable number scheme (VFNS) is presented incorporating all neutral and charged current inclusive cross sections measured by H1. The aim of the fit is to express the measurements in terms of Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs). Correlated, uncorrelated and statistical errors of the measurements are treated by the fit to obtain error bands of the PDFs, structure functions and predicted cross sections. The variation of input parameters to the fit give rise to additional theoretical uncertainties on the PDFs. From a fit restricted to inelasticities y < 0.35 the structure function F2 is extrapolated to higher y. The difference between the measured cross sections at y=0.75 and the extrapolated F2 is used to determine the longitudinal structure function FL for 110 < Q2 < 700 GeV2.
