Probing the Majorana mass scale of right-handed neutrinos in mSUGRA scenarios — •Andreas Redelbach, Frank Deppisch, Heinrich Päs, and Reinhold Rückl — Institut für theoretische Physik und Astrophysik der Universität Würzburg, Am Hubland, 97074 Würzburg, Germany
We discuss the perspectives of testing the right-handed Majorana mass scale MR of SUSY see-saw models in the mSUGRA framework. Lepton flavor violating low energy processes are analyzed in recently proposed post-LEP benchmark scenarios, taking into account present uncertainties and future developments in the neutrino sector assuming the experimentally favored LMA solution. Nonobservation of µ → e γ at the next generation PSI-experiment will provide stringent restrictions on MR down to 5· 1012 GeV, while on the other hand, a positive signal for τ→ µ γ at SUPERKEKB will determine MR with an accuracy of a factor of 3.
