Magnetic flux quanta fluxons in superconducting Josephson junctions are well known examples of solitons. The dynamics of two fluxon in an annular Josephson junction in the presence of the external magnetic field is studied analytically, numerically and experimentally. We find an expression for the interaction potential between fluxons at arbitrary velocity. Assuming that the fluxons are quasi-particles, we derive equations for fluxon motion taking into account the interaction term. The numerical simulations of perturbed sine-Gordon equation and results obtained using our model are in good agreement in appropriate range of parameters. The experimental data well agree with the numerical results.
