The all–aluminum mirrors for the MAGIC telescope — •Nadia Tonello — Max–Planck–Institut für Physik, Föhringer Ring 6, D–80805 München

The 17m ø MAGIC telescope for γ astronomy in the 30 GeV–30 TeV energy range has a reflecting surface consisting of 956 mirror segments. Each element is a diamond–machined all–aluminum sandwich.

Technical details and performance data are presented.
