The e+e− → HiHj → bbτ+τ− topology renders a promising channel to explore the Higgs sector of the general Two Higgs Doublet Models (2HDM) and the Minimal Supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model (MSSM). We discuss the potential of a future linear e+e− collider for the determination of the neutral Higgs boson properties. Analysis is done for the TESLA e+e− collider operated at center-of-mass energies between 350 and 800 GeV. The HiHj→ bbτ+τ− topology, studied in combination with the HiHj→ bbbb channel, allows to measure Higgs boson masses, decay branching fractions and the cross sections of the associated Higgs boson pair production processes. These analyses can be used to extract the 2HDM and MSSM parameters. Furthermore, the HiHj→ bbτ+τ− channel gives an access to the Higgs boson parity and spin information and provides a tool to probe CP-Violation in the Higgs sector.
