The influence of quantum corrections on the current in a quantum system coupled to a heat bath is considered. Quantum corrections are introduced in the Smoluchowski equation for Brownian motion. We study the difference between the quantum and the classical case in the strong friction limit. We use numerical methods to obtain the dependence of current on several system parameters and for different potentials. According to the results one can see that the corrections can play an important role in the system.
