The temperature dependent complex surface impedance ZS of low dimensional superconductors was measured with the cavity perturbation method at 35 GHz in a 3-He cryostat. From the imaginary part of the surface impedance, the surface reactance XS, the penetration depth λ is calculated. The temperature dependence of λ is connected to the symmetry of the order parameter. Results on (TMTSF)2ClO4, κ−(BEDT−TTF)I3, κ−(BEDT−TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br,Sr2RuO4 are shown.
