We consider stationary axially symmetric black holes in SU(2)
Einstein-Yang-Mills-dilaton
theory [1,2].
These asymptotically flat solutions possess non-trivial non-Abelian
gauge fields outside their event horizon and carry non-Abelian electric
charge but
no non-Abelian magnetic charge.
In the limit of vanishing angular momentum they emerge from the neutral
static axially
symmetric Einstein-Yang-Mills-dilaton black holes, labeled by the node
number and winding number
of the gauge fields.
In the limit of an infinite node number the non-Abelian black holes tend
pointwise to
Abelian black holes with vanishing electric charge, and magnetic charge
proportional to
the winding number.
Surprisingly, the coupling to the dilaton allows for black hole solutions
with non-trivial
electric field but vanishing non-Abelian electric charge [2].
We present a new mass formula for the non-Abelian black holes which also
holds for
Abelian black holes [2].
Finally we address the question of a modified uniqueness conjecture for
these hairy black holes.
