Progress in slowing and trapping of neutral molecules promises interesting new developments in atomic and molecular physics [1,2]. We have developed a novel source of slow dipolar molecules [3] which employs a bent electrostatic quadropole. This quadrupole uses the Stark effect to select and guide slow molecules from a thermal reservoir into ultrahigh vacuum. With this technique we obtain molecules with velocities of 10-80 m/s at a flux of up to 109 molecules/s. The poster presents a detailed discussion of the setup, the results of a numerical simulation, the prospect of this technique as well as the status of the experiment.
