We apply the methods of learning theory developed in the context of neural networks to calculate the fractional volume in the space of noisy unitary operations. By noisy unitary operations we mean a mixture of an unitary operation and white noise. The results allow us to qualify and to a certain extend to quantify the robustness of noisy unitary computers as a functionof the character of the task and the error level.
