We present the results of the analysis of electromagnetically induced absorption (EIA) for the closed hyperfine transition 6s 2S1/2 F=4 → 6p 2P3/2 F′=5 of the 133Cs D2 line in Cesium atoms. The analysis is performed with the help of a three beam heterodyne interferometer [1], which allows simultaneous measurement of the absorption and dispersion of the coupling and/or probe laser. The power of both lasers is swept through several orders of magnitude. The halfwidth of the EIA signal shows an increase with respect to the power of the probe laser while the phase shift of the probe laser decreases.
