The properties of the states of alternating parity bands and the low-lying excited 0+-states in actinides, Ba, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd and Dy isotopes are analyzed within the dinuclear cluster model. This model assumes cluster type shapes which are produced by collective motion of the nuclear system in the mass asymmetry coordinate. The calculated spin dependences of the energies and of the electric multipole transition moments are in agreement with the experimental data. Based on these results the spin dependence of spectroscopic factors for 226Ra is calculated and compared with available experimental information. Also superdeformed states of 194Hg are investigated with this model.
