The process of radiative π⁺ meson production from the proton γ p → γ π⁺ p is studied with the aim to determine the π⁺ meson polarizability. For this purpose an experiment on the process study has been carried out at MAMI-B in the kinematical region 537 < E_γ < 817MeV. A preliminary π⁺ meson polarizability value is determined from the comparison of the experimental data with two different theoretical models.
