We present the No-dqNEW PERKEONo-dq, an instrument for measurements of neutron decay parameters, giving unique information on the question of quark-mixing. The results will be free of background and virtually no corrections will be applied to the raw data. The experiment strongly profits from the high flux of a new cold neutron beam at the Institut Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, making neutrons worldwide highly attractive for particle physics.
