The lattice-simulations with Nf=2 flavours have reached quark masses, which are light enough to allow the application of chiral perturbation theory. Using partially-quenched chiral perturbation theory it is now possible, to obtain some estimates for the low energy (Gasser-Leutwyler) constants of chiral QCD. In the simulations we used the TSMB (two-step multi-boson)-algorithm for including the light dynamical quark flavours. A future step is to use twisted mass lattice QCD, which should allow simulations with even lighter quark masses.
