The interference structure of satellites in a photoelectron spectrum produced in two-photon ionization of hydrogenlike atoms by a superposition of a weak infrared laser pulse and a short train of high harmonics is calculated. Firrst-order perturbation theory is applied with respect to either field, while the atom is treated exactly. It is shown that the interference structure depends on the relative phases between adjacent harmonics. This dependence, in principle, provides an opportunity to measure the relative phases of high-order harmonics. This is necessary for the control of temporal properties of short pulses of soft x-ray or ultraviolet radiation. Different possibilities for an experimental realization of the measurement of relative phases are discussed in the light of the theoretical results obtained.
