We analyze entanglement of formation and negative domains of Wigner functions in their dependence on the number of dimensions. Here, we focus on s -waves, that is, wave functions that only depend on a hyperradius. The special examples of a Gaussian and a shell wave function allow us to perform the calculations analytically. We find that the entanglement of formation and the negative parts of the Wigner function decrease with the number of dimensions.
