Quantum telecloning combines quantum teleportation and optimal quantum cloning [1] in order to communicate an initial quantum state to two receivers simultaneously. Here we show the experimental implementation of quantum telecloning using four photon entanglement. The four photon polarisation entangled state is obtained directly from parametric down-conversion [2], while the input state is realized by the polarisation of a strongly attenuated coherent beam. We demonstrate the realisation of quantum telecloning using three different input states and determine the density matrix of the two cloned states for one of these input states using quantum state tomography.
