We discuss scattering and resonance states of the one-dimensional Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation for two simple model potentials which allow analytical solutions. For an attractive square-well-potential we find bistable behaviour and a shift of resonance positions due to the nonlinear interaction and discuss the transition from resonances to bound states. We furthermore study the properties of resonance states in a repulsive delta-shell-potential.
