During the last 10 years micro-CT has gained much popularity in industry and research. A lot of efford was put into the development of fast reconstruction algorithms and dedicated hardware to improve the CT reconstruction calculations in terms of speed and quality. In the past year we have developed a dedicated FDK algorithm using LabVIEW for the Octopus package. The paper will explain the new algorithm and the server/client implementation for network reconstruction.
