Prompt photon processes are sensitive to the transverse momentum distribution of the quarks which enter the γ q → γ q process. Detailed investigations are presented to identify experimentally the photons coming from the above mentioned process. The cross section for prompt photon production is interpreted in terms of un-integrated quark densities. The prompt photon process is also used to study the quark jet in detail.
