We expect a cutoff in the energy spectrum of gamma-rays from GRBs around 10-100GeV energy, because the gamma rays are attenuated through the interaction with diffuse background light. MAGIC Telescope is a unique detector which can explore this energy region. In this report, we discuss the MAGIC Telescope sensitivity with respect to the energy spectrum and the cutoff energy position. A measurement of the GRB energy spectrum is important to constrain the particle acceleration models in GRBs and to estimate the gamma ray horizon.
