Common spatio-temporal plasma turbulence diagnostics tools rely on 2D probe array. Its spatial resolution is limited by probe size, number of recording channels and plasma disturbance. Typical resolution of 10x10 points, pixels is too poor for advanced turbulence investigations (energy cascade, transport barrier, etc). Although their spatial resolution is very limited the temporal resolution of probe array measurements is in most cases by far sufficient. This contribution describes a superresolution algorithm which uses the high temporal resolution of the system to enhance the spatial resolution. The performance of the algorithm is benchmarked with synthetic data and experimental data obtained from a Langmuir probe array with 63 probes. It is shown that errors in probe size and position requires an array calibration. The result of Super-resolution algorithm for the calibrated probe array shows significant improvements in amplitude, trajectory and shape for simple drift waves and also for turbulent system. The experiments have been performed in KIWI device.
