A precise description of the Higgs decay H → WW*/ZZ* with one off-shell gauge boson requires an analysis of the processes H → WW/ZZ → 4f including the decay of the gauge bosons. We present a Monte Carlo generator that includes the full O(α) electroweak corrections to these processes. The technical details of the calculation include the implementation of the finite width of the gauge bosons which is achieved by the recently proposed generalization of the complex-mass scheme to one-loop order. The matching of soft and collinear divergences in the virtual and real corrections is carried out either using the dipole subtraction or the phase-space slicing method. Numerical results comprise the integrated partial decay width as well as differential distributions.
